Tips:
- Loose clothing, though it does show less of the figure cannot make up for lack of knowledge of the human body
- Loose clothing: long, straight wrinkles
- Tight clothing: small, curvier wrinkles

You can download the image and then just open it up even in ms paint, select the parts you want to print with the dotted box like tool, copy, and paste it onto anywhere, even a word document! Hopefully those instructions were easy enough? If you have troubles feel free to email me or reply here :)
